The following terms govern all business relationships between White Whale GmbH and its counterparties unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all sourcing, logistics, trade-finance and advisory services provided by White Whale GmbH from its Vienna offices.
2. Offers & Conclusion of Contract
All offers are non-binding unless explicitly marked as binding. Contracts come into effect only upon written confirmation by the firm.
3. Liability
Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permissible under Austrian law. Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria. Place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
